distortion studies is an ongoing exploration of image instability, fragmentation and transformation. while smaller studies begin with a single image subjected to manual glitching and animation, these works are constructed from multiple unique image frames (often 5–10 or more) individually developed, distorted and sequenced into a single moving composition.

each frame could exist independently, but together they create something that only exists through motion: images interrupting, consuming and transforming one another.
