The Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong is my favourite night view in the whole world, the view just never gets old. The beautiful glow from the skyscrapers light up the city. I created this because I think in such a fast-paced city, there is always a lot of story going on. The harbour front has been a spot for New Year countdowns, marriage engagement for generations of young couples, workers to escape from stress etc.

The digital textile applied in this version is to bring out my own interpretation of this iconic scenery— A lonely person looking at the skyline, trapped in the city. The unlimited extensions of the city lights juxtaposes his loneliness. Things looks real, yet surreal. // Lost in your world, lost in our world.
