A two decade long project, inspired by Deleuze, to mimic systems of growth and evolution via the steady, patient accumulation of error.

Through the accumulation of lines from a custom comb brush, repetition here creates a system of valleys representing the fluctuations and modulations of sound waves, with an aesthetic borrowed from tunnelling electron microscope imagery.
