A two decade long project, inspired by Deleuze, to mimic systems of growth and evolution via the steady, patient accumulation of error.

One line is placed - the following line then attempts to as closely mimic the previous as possible, including the imperfections. This process is repeated until the bounding box prevents any more lines being drawn.

These artworks form what was my first digital attempt, drawn in a moving vehicle for extra error.
