An exploration in video compression through quantinization to try a discover at which point in the process does the frames reach an an aesthetically pleasing pinnacle with no noticeable improvement in further reducing or increasing the discrete values in a stream.
Quantization, involved in image processing is a lossy compression technique achieved by compressing a range of values to a single quantum (discrete) value.
