OP-I is not only the iconic product that established Teenage Engineering as a product design company as their first product but also consequently it has a production name that is resonating with my own artist nickname ( OP ). A perfect synchrony to introduce the [ OBJECTS ] series here on the Daily program by Fellowship. I chose OP-I as part of [ OBJECTS ] because it revolutionized how we edit, make and develop music and it does so in all fields I worked as an artist also. From graphic design to revolutionary UI elements to VJ sets. It is one of the ideas in product form that radically changed our way of looking at the possibilities of music creation in a playful way. This series of artworks also represents me as an artist starting out creating my own music to all the artworks featured, therefore the medium of music in [ OBJECTS ] forms a core part of all artworks.

[ OBJECTS ] also works as an archive in AI video form, I firmly believe we are at a turning point of time where maybe we see objects designed by humans for humans for the last time in our history. I take these memories and interactions with this products as the core part of the series.
