If you are the holder of this NFT, you own a standard license that allows you to use the image as cover album art for your vinyl / 💿 / soundcloud / bandcamp / spotify etc.

Apart from your music cover (album or single), you can also use your cover in (related to your music) advertising, marketing, apps, websites, social media, TV and films, presentations, newspapers, magazines, books, packaging etc. You are allowed to print/distribute your cover as many times as you like for business or commercial purposes as long as it is part of music promotion.

You are allowed to use the designs to create (and sell) memorabilia for your music. You are not allowed to print the designs and then sell objects if these are not a part of your music promotion. You are allowed to alter the design by adding the name / title of the artist and music and anything else that is related to the music’s promotion. Any other alteration of the design is not permitted unless discussed with the artist.

If you are not a musician but you like the art, you can buy it as an art collector or sell it / gift to a musician.

Reselling the NFT means the next holder will own the license. The resell depends on a trust system. If you are interested in buying for license purposes, please only buy the NFT from a previous owner after exercising due diligence to see if it has already been used for music promotion purposes. If it has already been used by the previous owner/s for music purposes, you will own the NFT as an art collector and the license for music promotion becomes void/null.
