In the series C O N F R O N T M E, I explore the boundaries of the body, identity, and perception through radical visual encounters. I am drawn to the vulnerability of skin, the gaze through a magnifying glass, and how tiny insects and unusual objects intrude into intimate spaces. Inspired by Nabokov, I focus on details and psychological nuances: through bodies and objects, I seek mirrors of the inner world. For me, C O N F R O N T M E is an invitation to face both someone else’s and one’s own reflection in its most intense and unsettling form. Novosibirsk, 2025
