As the energy emerges into the world it creeps out of the crack that you opened, sticks a claw through to make sure the crack doesn't close before it can escape. Once it breaks out there is no putting it back in again, no going backwards so you may as well embrace it and let it out. If you resist it will be more painful so let go, trust and let it out.
