This is a study of the RGB colour space and there are 3 rules governing the outputs:

1. Each mint has a seeded R,G,B colour channel value.
2. These values are cycled between the colour limits.
3. The cycling movement can be static/incrementing/decrementing.

The resulting colour values are plotted according to these rules as the output image.
