Chakras Series Refers to the energy points on our body. Each Chakra corresponds to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function optimally, the Chakras need to remain open and balanced. If they are blocked, a person may have emotional or physical symptoms related to a specific Chakra.

Heart is the 4th Chakra and It is represented by the color green. It is located on the chest above the heart. Because it is the central of the 7 Chackras it is a bridge connecting the upper (spiritual) and the lower chakras (material). People with heart chakra blockages often put others first and will have a hard time opening up fully. If the heart is open, love and compassion flow freely.
