I often perform experiments—ideas, questions, things I feel the need to test or feel out. These usually go into the archive, to be evaluated later. Every once in a while, though, something resonates more deeply. It lingers in the background, and I find myself returning to it.

With the Cart series, it started with a simple question: using these tools, can inanimate objects convey emotion? Can they carry a narrative—not as a backdrop or accompaniment, but on their own?

As I continued, I began to feel there was something more in these pieces. They didn’t feel like just an experiment anymore.
