Internal thoughts while creating this: I’ve come to the realization that my limiting beliefs & self imposed limitations create a struggle between my innate strength & the restrictions I place on myself to reach my full potential (the paradox). Maybe I can finally let that “bird soar”.

Symbology: The bear head and the woman's deep gaze represents strength that is innate. The flowers and mushrooms bursting from behind is showing all the potential and beauty ready to be shown but is carefully being guarded and kept back by the woman. The bird hanging from the hand while tied up shows how only she is in control of letting herself free to soar and show her true self.
