I wasn’t searching for beauty. This series is about the fracture beneath the movement— where the body cracks under the pressure of perfectionism. Inspired by Aronofsky’s Black Swan, because that dance felt more like a breakdown than a flight. I pointed my camera at the ballerina, not to capture form, but to witness the moment the “role” moved through her— just like myself, caught somewhere between the urge to be perfect and the need to stay alive.
