Description
This is not a portrait. It is a body-shaped scream.
The mouth — ripped open, yet filled with silence. The halo above does not bless; it mocks.
“They buried my mouth” is a visual excavation of silenced identity. Painted in raw, instinctual gestures with fractured lines and muddy textures, this piece speaks of a self that was never allowed to speak.
The exposed breasts, the blood-red smears, the spiral scars — all mark a history of being seen but never heard.
This is not pain expressed. This is pain exhumed.
