"Behind the light" is an attempt to take out the essence of the subject focusing on shape and color while overexposing the image to create a white background or canvas. The technique acts as a self-imposed limiter at the time of taking photographs, by creating the white background and focusing on color and shape the pictures became simplified and ultimately stylized.
