Beside it, resting on the inert stability of an ancient stone, a vintage monitor, a relic from the dawn of the information age, repeatedly fails in a loop of glitches and processing errors. This video work captures the hypnotic contrast between the organic movement of fire and the frantic instability of pixels. It is a portrait of technology breaking down while the creator melts away, questioning the price of our constant connection and what remains when the energy finally flickers out
