I recently moved back to Northern Norway and had an amazing experience with the northern lights or aurora borealis as it's also called. I wanted to recreate it using generative art. I've also been exploring terrain generation and noise functions lately and after watching hours of UFO witness interviews on the YouTube channel 'Eyes On Cinema', i had to throw in some UFO's there and ended up with this retro sci-fi aesthetic.

The canvas is 800x600 by default but you can change the resolution by setting the URL query parameters 'width' and 'height' or setting 'fullscreen' to true.

Press 'p' to save an image using the current resolution.

I used p5js this time.
