This piece was created for the #midnightmass event hosted by MASS_617 ( @mass617 ) and even though I know the general idea of the event isn't Netflix's series with the same name, I decided to take a scene from the series as a base for my piece.

As the series explores the formation of the cult and the slow "normalisation" of one, so is my wish with this piece to raise the following questions:

• When does a cult become a religion or vice versa and of course what is the difference between the two?

Given the "history," of one, one might even think or God forbid suggest it takes only 12 people to change a cult into a religion🤔
