"This evening, after dinner, I settled near the large bay window. There was still some tea in my cup and an old book open on my lap, but I wasn’t really paying attention to it. Everything was unusually calm. The platform emitted its usual low hum, blending into the tranquil atmosphere of the night. Outside, the ocean seemed frozen. No waves, no ripples, just a smooth surface catching every reflection of the sky. I couldn’t help but linger on the view. The soft light filtering through the windows filled the room with a peaceful glow. It’s in moments like this that I truly feel the isolation, but not in an oppressive way. On the contrary, it’s soothing. Time seems to slow down here, far from everything. I stayed there for a long time, my thoughts drifting, until the tea went cold and sleep began to overtake me. Tomorrow, the routine will start again, but tonight, there was nothing to do, nothing to expect. Just a quiet evening, and sometimes, that’s all you need."
