“Dear Diary,

I suddenly found myself on a Yellow Brick Road, as if I was snapped into an alternate reality. Here, it instantly felt temporary, as if time was already running out.

I looked behind me and there was no door back to the resort I was in. So my only choice was to move ahead.

The Yellow Brick Road I was on was elevated above a wide street in an entirely Emerald City. As I was walking upon it, I could feel it making small movements beneath my feet, as if it were some type of long serpent.

I felt so small here.

I was scared.

And I felt more lost than ever.
