With the shocking attack on Ukraine, this is the first time such a tragic war is broadcast live from so many perspectives, watched globally.

People all over the world are tuning into broadcasts democracy being destroyed real-time, watching freedom hanging by a thread, before falling into the abyss. The question is: is there more we could do then just watch such a tragedy unfold?

The piece got its name after the famously horrifying and brutal Soviet-Belarusian anti-war movie of the same name. An ironic twist considering the current events.

The artwork was created in 2022 by ParanoidAnyway, the first Slovak-Hungarian cryptoartist – as a part of a Charity Auction. The piece combines vector illustration and animation with custom-coded generative art.
