This is the first new animation I've made in quite a while. The last one I minted here wa at the end of last year. I'd been meaning to get back into making them more regularly. It's always difficult to start doing something you don't do routinely. I had adjusted my schedule in order to make time to make animation, but I also didn't quite have the right vision to know what I want to make. I used to make animation a lot more and more easily as well, but my work has changed and I had been struggling to find a way to animate with the artwork I'm making now. I had been collecting actively over on Rodeo and so naturally I was looking at a lot of artwork on the daily basis and I think this has had a really positive effect on me. Especially the animated pieces I'd been looking on daily basis has really gave me some ideas and freedom on how to animate. There's some amazing work there and I'm sure I won't be reaching such levels right away, but now that I've made this piece and having done it within my weekly schedule, I feel confident that I can do it on a regular basis. I will aim to do one per week, but maybe 2 weeks at times.
