Description

We have entered an era where, each day, the world is losing its coherence more than before. It's almost as if Pandora has opened yet more boxes, and the machineries of desires have spilled out from within, scattering across the Earth. In the vast laboratory orchestrated by humanity, an unstoppable cycle of production and consumption devises new means to give voice to objects. This constructed reality, with its artificial traits, releases impossible monstrous bodies and disperses them into everyday realms, entangled within their ailing symptoms, under the illusion of controlling natural mechanisms. Simondon, a contemporary philosopher of technology, initially calls upon humanity to comprehend and accept these emerging entities, recognizing understanding these machines and exchanging information with them as the necessity of living in this new space “They are bodies in the process of becoming, evolving over time”. To achieve a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between nature and these technical entities, there's a need to discover their essence through studying their genetics. However, facing these potentially living technical entities breeds a deep sense of alienation; nature, instead of having an opportunity for acquiantance, is compelled to consume amidst the proliferation of production. Ultimately, the sense of an unidentified organism's pervasive presence, coupled with the destructive physical effects resulting from neglecting the environmental capacities, transforms this process of creation into a lurking devil. From Deleuze's perspective, the French philosopher, "The desire may proceed to its own destruction. A day will come when an organism striving to impose its logic and its rituals will force nature into rebellion and freeing itself from all these automatic actions. Eventually, what will remain are fragmented bodies - postmodern entities that are neither life-oriented nor even mechanistic, amidst the backdrop of natures’ rebellion and the looming specter of global warming.
