I believe so many of the things and situations in life can be explained because of love; either the lack or the abundance of it.

Regardless of what we are taught, self-love should be the most important. It is this kind of love that dictates how much we are willing to accept, that is the root of our own confidence and that guides us into our happiness.

Loving oneself is not about being arrogant or egocentric. It is about being kind to yourself and in turn that kindness will help you spread love onto others. It is a circle.

So from today, do yourself a favour, and love yourself a bit more. Because you are enough and you deserve happiness.
