After school I would regularly watch music videos on MTV, circa 1983. They were often weird, DIY constructions and seemingly inspired by strange underground art movements of the time. Things that I would not recognize or understand till years later. I was never sure what I was watching but I loved it none the less. Those vivid memories still inspire me as an adult and an artist.

This piece was created for Claire Silver's AI CONTEST 7, for which it was selected as a finalist. The piece was exhibited at Ai4 - Artificial Intelligence Conferences - held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas from August 12-14, 2024.
