It is a generative work of art produced by a cellular automata that simulates (in a simplified way) the behavior of heat dissipation. The automata works with modules obtained by traversing a drawing.

The piece goes through two stages, the construction of the drawing that is then traversed to cut out modules, and the use of said modules in the cellular automaton.

The repetition and displacement of the modules produces an op-art aesthetic that is combined with the lively reaction of the automata.

The automata can be stimulated with the mouse, but in the absence of external stimuli it stimulates itself as a way of provoking and inviting the public.

The work constantly generates new drawings in the background, which are not shown to the user, but are used to obtain new modules that are constantly evolving into new forms.

The work has 3 main features:

“Espesor” : thicknesses of the lines of the drawings - 6 different types

“Armonía” : color palette - 13 different types

“Composición” : number of rows and columns in the grid - 2 different types
