Enter into my universe of sound and particles… this piece embodies my love for sound, particles and and the vast epic feeling I get from watching the particles emanate and dance to the sound and music. Each sound triggers a visual — every hit of the snare multiplies and brightens the particles, the bass drives the laser beam towards your face, and the ambient pads keep the trickle of particles constantly emanating. As a professional audio/visual artist, I have been obsessed with the relationship between sound and visuals for 20+ years. In my video art experimentations, I learned how to create particle systems that react to isolated frequencies in music. This artwork is the result of that experimentation. I produced the song, created the particle system, then combined and refined them until I had made something that spoke to me.
