Watch Over Us

This period in New York City saw the city and much of the US struggle with civil unrest, economic hardships, increased crimes, and complexities of managing public health. It was a difficult time in all communities and neighborhoods.

This photograph was taken during the late afternoon light under the train tracks of South Williamsburg, Brooklyn and shows a more hopeful side of summer 2020.
