Description

A random pick of 2 images, each containing 4,194,304 pixels is scanned pixel by pixel to generate this p5.js sketch's frame and audio outputs. Each output last for approximately 4 seconds before moving on to the next. Each time the work is restarted, different randomness occurs with no deterministic output.

PLEASE NOTE: Most generative and creative coding artworks set a pre-seeded and consistent random value in order to give each minted work its own fixed rendering unique to the minter. In this way, each unique iteration remains the same each time it is run. In this work, there are some random values BUT they are INTENTIONALLY NOT pre-seeded. This results in each minting being inherently slightly different each time it is run. This is a deliberate aspect of this work. In other words, part of the artistic intention of this piece is that any give iteration should, as much as possible based on its random aspects, never have the same outcome.
