I enjoy spending time alone with my thoughts; often times I'm not able to truly confront my feelings unless I am. Something I've found effective in my life is going to a beautiful place, finding an isolated spot, and reflecting.

In Cannon Beach, I see memories everywhere. I feel warmth and comfort, but also emptiness & heartbreak. This beach brings some my fondest memories back to life, while also reminding me some of the most important pieces of those memories are gone forever.
