You rub your lamp:

you notice a small blue lump poking out of the mouth of the lamp! You poke it " HEYOOOOOO!!!!!""" A high pitched muffled voice comes from inside the lamp. " KEEP YOUR GRUBBY MITS TO YOURSELF!" Your genie sounds very agitated. You put the lamp down wondering what to do next. Meanwhile the lump starts shifting around and you hear Betou struggling to make progress in her escape from the lamp. Finally with a sigh of defeat : " FrshigerHurumph!.... You out there! Are you gunna help me out or what!?"

You spend the next half hour carefully trying to pull your genie out of the lamp. Finally, with a bit of vaseline and pliers with cotton balls attached to the tips, you manage to pull her free. With one big tug she flings out of the lamp across the room. As she hops up she immediately points to a little glowing ball sat atop her head. " SEEEEEEEE THIS!?.... THIS is YOOOOOUR WISH.... AND IM SLIPPPERY AS A FISH!" With that, she scurry's out of the room at a surprising speed considering how short her legs are. I suppose you'll have to catch her.
