Tres imágenes componen la serie inspirada en el mito de Medusa y sus hijos (Pegaso y Crisaor), y cada una corresponde a su respectivo templo. A través de una visión irónica se exponen algunas de las conductas, mitos, historia y símbolos que conducen, dentro de lo que puede considerarse como una ultra generalización, a deformar la definición del concepto de “populismo” en relación con lo “popular”. Pegaso y Criasor nacen de la sangre de Medusa cuando a ésta le corta la cabeza Perseo. Pegaso es la representación de la libertad alada; Crisaor de la fuerza del gigante y Medusa, la diosa telúrica del inframundo que convertía en piedra a quien la mirara a los ojos. No es casual que la mitología griega recoja en su simbología las conductas de los seres humanos, porque precisamente de éstas se desprende. De aquí que, por ejemplo, la noción junguiana del arquetipo se derive, evidentemente, de la propia conducta popular. Town temples: Medusa and her sons. Through an ironic vision, some of the behaviors, myths, history and symbols that lead, within what can be considered as an ultra-generalization, to distort the definition of the concept of "populism" in relation to the "popular" are exposed. Pegasus and Criasor are born from the blood of Medusa when Perseus cuts off her head. Pegasus is the representation of winged freedom; Chrysaor of the strength of the giant and Medusa, the telluric goddess of the underworld who turned anyone who looked into her eyes into stone. It is not by chance that Greek mythology includes the behavior of human beings in its symbology, because it is precisely from these that it emerges. Hence, for example, the Jungian notion of the archetype is obviously derived from popular behavior itself.
