UNSTOPPABLE FRAME 3 - by Santiago x Mamadou Sow

“Unstoppable” is a digital artwork inspired by an ancient myth, blending symbolism and surrealism to tell a story about courage and creativity. In this piece, a group of personified skeletons huddle in fear and confusion, gesturing as if to warn or hold someone back. Meanwhile, one brave figure floats toward a light at the cave’s exit, holding a banana in front of its face to represent a smile—a symbol of defiance, optimism, and the power of artistic vision. The work reflects the idea that, like the first humans who discovered the world beyond the cave, artists too must challenge the impossible and embrace the unknown to create something new.

This project came to life through a collaboration with a fellow digital artist I met on Twitter, someone whose creative talent and vision have deeply inspired me. Together, we’ve used the NFT space to explore the idea that by daring to move towards the light—despite doubt, fear, or skepticism—anything is possible.
