Clashes between students and police in an action titled "reform is corrupt". This became one of the biggest student actions after the 1998 Reformation. On that day, students from all over came with their demands and they were very angry. The action demands the cancellation of the revision of the Corruption Eradication Commission Law (UU KPK) and rejects the ratification of a number of problematic bills.

The series of actions were colored by riots between the police and the participants. It was clear that the police threw punches, kicks and blunt objects at the defenseless protesters.

In Jakarta, around 90 demonstrators were rushed to the Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP). A total of 3 of them suffered serious injuries to the head so that they needed more intensive treatment than the others.

In other areas the situation is almost the same. The demonstration initially ended peacefully, but in the end clashed with the authorities, 5 people died during the demonstration.
