For most- treading through Times Sq. during a blizzard becomes a seemingly insurmountable task - it is not fun. But for the photographers, Times Sq. becomes a playground of beautiful neon lights only made brighter and more vibrant by the opaque blanket of snow that covers the city and the sky.
