Back roads give us a chance to explore places other people never had the chance to see by using the highway. Along the way you realize you are teaching yourself how to observe things in totally new ways and adapt to the unexpected. I often think about those roadtrips because the freedom of the road is just that: a chance to explore and not look back. Taking the long road isn’t always a bad thing.
