It's body is a brutalist construction of concrete and institution.

It's purpose is to gear and tick away at play, freedom, simple pleasures.

It demands adherence to an arbitrary minute, regardless of biological needs or wants let alone emotional ones.

It has it's own clock that does not conform to any in Nature. It is to this false clock I am required to bow.

It bound me, the chain old and heavy. Each link is added when I stray too far, look to high, imagine something better or even if I think I did a good job at hiding. That's when I got the heaviest link.
