Zhou was born in Nanchang, in Jiangxi Province, China, and relocated to Paris at eighteen to study fine arts.^1,2 He studied at fine arts academies in Versailles, Tourcoing and Nantes, graduating from the Nantes school's digital arts program in 2017. He then founded his own studio in Paris, and lives and works between Paris and Shanghai.²

His exhibitions have included a group show at the Inside-Out Art Museum in Beijing, titled “Stacks of Paper, Riot of Colour: The Politics of Taste”.² In 2024 his AI-assisted looping video The Story of Hands #21, made with Midjourney, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro, was shown at the Tezos Realm event in Singapore, where objkt curated ten works by artists from the APAC region during TOKEN2049 week.¹
