YMMSH began as a blog started by the artist Nicolas Sassoon to document his exploration of “early computer graphics” — the digital language and visual artifacts of the mid-1980s to early 1990s. It grew alongside his involvement in early digital art scenes such as Computers Club, a collaborative site founded by Krist Wood.¹
