vrnv, whose given name is Varun Vachhar, is a generative artist who combines minimalist geometry with dynamic color systems and looping motion, made using Canvas, SVG, WebGL and shaders.,Originally from New Delhi, he is based in Toronto, where he works as a developer experience engineer at Chromatic and contributes to Storybook.
He began his career as a front-end developer specializing in UI engineering, CSS and animation, work that later led him into developer experience roles centered on component-driven design systems.He built the 3D animation for Storybook Day, Storybook's first user conference, marking the release of Storybook 7.0, using React Three Fiber to create floating Tetris blocks inspired by Storybook's branding.
