Veqtor is a digital artist and co-founder of Versum, working as a machine-learning engineer who trains, writes, and hacks generative adversarial network (GAN) architectures to create new forms of AI art. Using tools such as VQGAN+CLIP and TecoGAN, they produce custom video loop generators that output looping video artworks.
In August 2022, LatentGenesis // GIGERWAVE, a “Versum Genesis piece” released as a 228-piece edition, was included in “Pretty in Pink”, a curated NFT room hosted by Alexander Zaxarov alongside artists including FVCKRENDER and Lorna Mills. In support of Ukraine relief, Veqtor of Versum, together with FxHash, set up a shared donation contract that redirected tez to several relief organizations.
