Trizzy Trunk (Canadian, b. 1987) is a glitch artist working in motion and video who developed a personal style called Digital Decay. The work stages a tension between analog and digital imagery, driven by an interest in consciousness and technology.,
Before turning to glitch art, they spent over two decades working in film. That work included collaborations with brands such as Northface, Red Bull and Vans, and a nomination for Snowboard Film of the Year in 2018.,
In 2023 Trunk showed mageAR as part of fubar's EXPO, a group exhibition of glitch and net art.That year they also released M.R.I, a video work in the Digital Decay series, through the platform KnownOrigin.In 2025 Perennial Processing appeared in “BOUQUET”, a group show of floral-themed digital art presented by AOTM (Art of This Millennium). The two-minute video shows a chrome chip melting through datamoshing and frame deletion into a hibiscus flower, described as “a meditation on impermanence”.
