TeleNFT is a curatorial project initiated by Max Haarich and Gleb Divov that, for the first time, brought cryptoart into teletext and teletext art onto a blockchain.Contributed works are broadcast on teletext channels across Europe, minted as NFTs on the Tezos blockchain, and archived permanently on Arweave.,Each piece is confined to teletext's 78×69-pixel grid, with approaches ranging from monochrome images to figurative and abstract compositions.,
In 2022 TeleNFT's teletext works were presented as “Teletext is Art” at the Ars Electronica Festival, broadcast live on Austria's ORF Teletext and Germany's ARD Text and shown online through the Museum of Teletext Art, in cooperation with ORF, ARD, and the museum.Fifteen international artists contributed to the exhibition,working within the teletext format's severe limits on color and resolution.The same year, TeleNFT's works aired on SAT.1's teletext pages 480 through 499 and appeared in the Cryptovoxels space of the Museum Francisco Carolinum,whose digital branch presented TeleNFT in 2022.TeleNFT also took part in “Art NFT Linz”, a 2022 exhibition and artist-talks program curated by Anika Meier on the history of digital art and NFTs.
TeleNFT's works have entered the permanent collections of the Museum Francisco Carolinum and the Museum of Teletext Art.In 2025 TeleNFT presented a new showcase at “Art on Tezos: Berlin”, following earlier showcases at Ars Electronica and other digital art festivals.
