Sine

Sine, also known by the handle sinusoidalsnail, is a video, gif and text artist.¹ Their work incorporates archival computer graphics, text and mathematical visualizations from the 1960s through the 1990s.² Sine's practice touches on dance and design within early digital spaces.³

Sine has said that working with early computer visuals connects them to the people who first created this imagery. Those early computer artists lacked instant feedback or the ability to undo their work, so they had to plan their experiments carefully before seeing results.² In 2025 Sine released Power User, an edition of 15 sold through Objkt.¹
