See Imagery is the name used by the photographer Michael Falk, who publishes photography and AI-generated portrait work as NFT collections displayed through OBJKT on the Tezos blockchain. Falk began photographing in 2011, about nine months after his parents died, and later started a blog and online community, seeimagery.com, built around photography and NFTs.
In January 2023 he began ARTIFICIAL, a collection of AI-generated photographic portraits, revisiting it as the underlying AI models improved. He also publishes Visual Conversations, in which he examines his own photographs by answering questions generated by AI, and The Open Frame, a recurring post series that invites other artists to contribute work around a shared theme. In a separate series, Black Coffee, he writes about individual works by other artists that he has collected during what he calls his “NFT journey”. He compiled a list of Iranian artists working in NFTs and encouraged collectors to support and share their work. He also runs the NFT Photography Community, a Facebook group for photographers and collectors interested in NFTs.
