Bio
Sean Luke is a New York–born and based digital artist who has been making art for three decades, blending vintage visual styles with present-day perspectives using tools such as Aseprite. His animations are built frame by frame with hue rotation and detailed attention, blending 3D motion with flat textures.
He has described his approach with the phrase “I exist”, using it as a guiding ethos for his practice. He has exhibited on SuperRare since joining the platform in September 2022. In October 2025, his work was included in “Protocol Decay: Marfa 2025”, the fourth and final installment of the Protocol Decay series, held in a church venue in Marfa, Texas during Artblocks Weekend 2025 and curated by the artist Max Capacity.
