Orr Kislev is a generative artist who writes code that translates the texture and wear of physical materials into digital imagery. His fxhash piece Still Life recreates the look of a real-life object in code, and in 2023 he and Alona Rodeh released Jenim through Art Blocks Presents, a fixed edition of 135 generative 1-of-1 artworks that translate the texture and aging of denim into code.
In 2022 he released Pobbles on fxhash, which sold out through a Dutch auction at 16 Tezos and went on to trade over 20,000 Tezos in secondary volume. He has also released work through Vertical Crypto Art, including Petrography Case, and participated in the 2022 group exhibition “Drifting Dreams: Companions of Code” at Vertical Crypto Art and The NFT Gallery.
