Bio
Nuv1914 is the web3 alias of Andrea da Silva, an Argentina-based digital artist whose paintings explore color as light rather than pigment. Her geometric, spatially layered compositions draw on the legacy of early computational artists such as Vera Molnár and Manfred Mohr, and she releases work across Tezos, Solana, Base and Ethereum.
Rather than using pigment as a fixed surface, nuv1914 treats color as emitted luminance, working mainly in blues, grays and blacks that shift with the viewer's perception of depth. Her geometric structures recall the Constructivist and Suprematist work of El Lissitzky and Kazimir Malevich, though built without the physical constraints of paint, ink or paper.
