Faller's practice grew out of an early interest in drawing and homemade films, before they moved through mediums including stop motion, 2D animation, and 3D work during a broad-based design education. They have described being drawn to how the digital and physical world increasingly overlap, and to how ideas from the early internet connect to where the internet is going next.²

Faller's Digitization is a 100-piece collection of flora and fauna specimens minted on the blockchain, drawing on early 1700s naturalist documents and applying pixelation and distortion to the source images. The project expanded into Digitization.Wiki (Numero Defuit), an interactive companion piece made with the designer and artist Devin Jacoviello.² Faller's work Helical Echo, a sculptural totem made for CultHoldings using acrylic, laser cutting, and a Raspberry Pi, was designed to be upgraded and reshaped over time.³

Nocellcoverage has taken part in curated group exhibitions on Foundation, including Forever Projects' “Between Heaven and Earth” in 2023⁴ and Jack Prettyman's “Floraculture” in 2024.⁵ Faller has also been an alum of the Mozilla Creative Futures Counterstructures artist residency.¹
